All furniture orders are subject to a standard delivery charge of £75.00 and all accessories orders a £6.00 charge
When furniture orders are placed, we will personally email you with an expected delivery date and we can then adjust that date to suit your availability. For accessories orders, the standard delivery time is 2-3 days
Returns: Please send an email to [email protected] to initiate any furniture returns, but please note that as all our pieces are hand made and bespoke, we reserve the right to charge 20% of the order value for any customer wishing to return their piece. In the unlikely event there is issues with the quality of the order then we will of course work with the customer to rectify these and make sure you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. For accessories orders simply fill out the returns form included, repackage the unused items and return to the address provided
It is the customers responsibility to advise of any delivery difficulties to the property of their choice e.g. making sure there is suitable access for the furniture to fit through entrance ways. Any extra costs incurred e.g. removal of windows will not be the responsibility of Individual Living Ltd
Lead times: Production times are displayed under the product description for each piece on our website, but we will of course advise if these are subject to any delay upon the placing of an order
All furniture orders must be signed for and deliveries cannot be left in entranceways or porches
